住宿款項重複收款,已說明透過TRIP於10月份付款,並出示法文版訂單付款證明,仍堅持要我們現場付款否則無法入住, 當晚櫃台即發現錯誤重複收款(應是收到 TRIP 打款),當天員工不會退款作業,經反映給飯店後台仍搞不定, 隨即反映給TRIP客服,經過數日後 TRIP客服僅提供對方EMAIL要我自行聯繫追蹤。目前 12/23~1/15已逾3周仍未收到退款, 寫給飯店官方初期有回最後也無回應,兩邊客服都不行。TRIP 這邊還顯示結案??? 目前已告知信用卡公司該筆款項當爭議款自行處理中。非常差的體驗!!

Accueil par un monsieur d’un certain âge très agréable et très attentif aux clients. Par contre il était accompagné d’un jeune très désagréable, faisant des réflexions déplacées.
J’ai été déçu et ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel

C'est plus un formule 1 qu'un B&B demandez une chambre côté cours qui doit certainement être moins bruyante que côté rue. On avait l'impression de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte tellement on entendait le tram, les voitures, les vélos.....c'est un boulevard.....

Goede lokatie met parkeerplaatsen. Tramhalte is tegenover het hotel. Heel handig. Lekker ontbijt. Kamer is netjes en schoon.

Insonorisation de l'extérieur inexistante, hôtel prêt d'un grand carrefour.
Insonorisation entre les chambres de très mauvaises qualité.
Télévision cassée.
tête de lit posée trop haute, les oreillers passent dessous et l'angle en bois est très désagréable
